I
have been riding for about 2-3 years. I pretty much got all my experience
in riding from my horse Slicker. I ride Western but I plan on getting a
new English saddle soon. I go on trail rides whenever I get the chance and
on the weekends I ride along the roads by my stable. On days that I get
the chance and have someone to go with me, I go to a park down the road
and ride there for a couple hours.
I am 16 and absolutely horse crazy. My horse Slick is the best thing
that happened to me. I want to get into breeding and show jumping. I hope
to get another horse soon. I love to ride or just be around horses. I like
to work with horses my unique way. Such as singing to them, it seems to
keep their attention.

friend Erika introduced me to Cal & I've had a couple lessons (one
on barrel-racing)
and gone on a 3-hr. ride through beautiful Lake Louisa
State Park. A small-town South Dakota gal,
I rode any chance I got in
the summers; usually w/ friends in Nebraska.
I play tenor saxophone w/ "Frankie & the
West End Boys" and organ at my church.
I also play piano &
flute. I love jazz and do occasional free-lancing. I moved to Florida
from South Dakota in '94.
I married my soulmate, Jim, in 2000. A break
in my performing schedule has allowed me to spend
a little time riding
again.

took western lessons in Missouri as a child and have always wanted to

I have recently completed my Master's degree and now have more free time
